Just Work Skills
Just Work Skills is our 501(c)(3) non-profit providing practical, in-demand skills-based training to underserved young adults. Its purpose is to break generational poverty by equipping young adults with marketable skills through an ecosystem of partners, experts and mentors.
Train underserved young adults
Practical, in-demand technical skills paired with life skills — communication, money, workplace habits — that unlock potential and give young adults a path out of poverty.
Mobilize an ecosystem
Collaboration with partner organizations, experts and mentors so students have access to real opportunity after training.
Soaritude Careers for graduates
Training only counts if it leads somewhere. We open real project work to Just Work Skills graduates, so they finish with experience, references and a first line on a résumé that opens doors.
